Anny Lian
Non-Executive Director
Anny worked in Project and Corporate Finance specializing in Technology and Renewable Energy.
As MD, she led Nasdaq IPO's and M&A transactions for JP Morgan and UBS.
Today, Anny leads FatGreen Wealth providing wealth management and insurance solutions to businesses and families.
As NED for FatGreen Executive she screens candidates technical ability by drawing on her IBD experience.
Nick Hawkins

Based in Yorkshire, Nick is a distinguished UK Corporate Barrister, NED, and former front-bench Government Minister.
Specializing in Corporate Governance, Nick advises major banks, FinTech firms, and early-stage companies, guiding Boards through turnarounds, strategic restructurings, and M&A.

Joanne Cumper

Joanne has worked in Recruitment & Executive Search for over 30 years and is responsible for leading projects, candidate outreach, screening and assessment.
Specializing in technology, digital and data recruitment for horizon scanning disrupters, Joane manages organisational design and change for Digital, Data and Technology Functions. She recruited Tech specialists during Y2K, dot-com boom; e-commerce revolution; digital 4.0 economy, the post pandemic digital / green recovery era and now AI and Cyber Security hyper vigilance.
Nikki Bott
Head of Delivery
Nikki Bott brings close to 20 years’ recruitment experience supporting senior and executive-level searches across the UK and international markets.
She has worked across leadership and functional hires spanning finance, commercial, operations, marketing and general management roles, partnering with global corporates, PE-backed, founder-led and scaling businesses across a range of sectors including Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, D2C, SaaS, MedTech & Insurance. Nikki plays a key role in running searches from talent mapping and identification through to screening, interview management and stakeholder coordination.
With a background in senior hires from functional head (FD, Marketing Director, Sales Director, Ops Director) to C-suite level hires, Nikki is comfortable with managing complex processes and maintaining momentum on high-stakes assignments with discretion and rigour.
Claire Aikman
Executive Assistant
Claire has many years’ experience as an Executive Assistant working in both the Financial Services and Executive Search and Recruitment sectors.
She specialises in using technology to simplify tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy and supports the team in their day-to-day activities to ensure they can focus on their clients’ needs and utilise their skillsets without distraction.
